At 11:40 hrs. Station 31 was dispatched for a reported dwelling fire at 624 Trenton Rd. The assignment was quickly upgraded to "address of fire" bringing Rescue 32 for the RIT team. FM 234 arrived on location and had a one story single family dwelling with heavy smoke showing. Engine 31 arrived on location first, secured a water supply and went in service with an 1 3/4 attack line. Engine 77 arrived second and pulled a back-up line. Engine 301 and Rescue 13 arrived and assisted in ventilation. Fire was found in the rear master bedroom and into the attic. Engine 31's crew made a good and quick knock of the fire which was under control in about 15 min's. Crews were onscene for about 2hrs for extensive overhaul. Photos from Nicole Dippolito.
